Individual
Therapy
Individual therapy consists of one to one sessions with myself, either in person, at the Lomond Clinic or in Erskine, or over Zoom. Each session is personalised to what you need, and your goals and progress are assessed at each appointment to ensure that you achieve what you want from therapy.

Appointments usually last around one hour, but initial appointment for stop smoking will last between an hour and a half to two hours.
